We believe that the appointment of highly qualified staff working closely together and being accountable to each other together with the implementation of performance-based remuneration criteria has resulted in remarkable standards of service delivery, and positions the firm within the top echelons of the legal fraternity around Limpopo 100% of our staff comes from previously disadvantaged community (PDI’S) and that will be maintained.

Competitive Comparison

Our operating philosophy is simple and straight forward: a full service law firm which consistently delivers timely high quality legal services, while striving to provide added value to its clients.

We are confident that the large, traditionally white dominated firms will steadily continue to lose market share to smaller entities such as ourselves, due primarily to client cost considerations coupled with the inhere difficulties faced by these larger entities in successfully contributing to broad based black economic empowerment. We appreciate that the large law firms will always remain a part of the South African legal landscape, as the specialised nature of their expertise cannot be easily emulated; however we are confident that corporate South Africa will gravitate toward the firm soon after these proficiencies have been developed within the firm. To this end we confirm that our educational and development programmes are unsurpassed in a firm of our size and compositioan. We have in addition, developed a substantial network of experienced senior legal minds, how will be providing us with sustainable and long-term skills transfer, in line with our long term vision of providing total legal excellence across the spectrum. Financial constraints and a lack of resources will inevitably preclude majority of new entrant and existing black law firms, from directly competing with us.

Small to medium size new age law firms, such as those bringing together white male practitioners and their black counterparts are viewed as our biggest competitors, provided that the union between the parties is bona fide and is not one premised on fronting.

The primary goal of our law firm will always remain simple; to provide our clients with the finest personal service in the industry.  Our lawyers, staff and office automation provide added value to our clients and thier businesses a number of different ways that set us apart from other law firms. Our fees are market related and reasonable. We charge at an hourly rate and daily rate. However we may be flexible in offering some clients daily fee option deal on their needs and preferences (Terms and Conditions apply).
